I play classical and jazz piano, and I strum intermediately on the guitar. Recently, I've been teaching composition, giving piano lessons and accompanying vocalists at the Colorado Springs Conservatory.

I was fortunate to have studied classical piano with Bernard and Carolyn Shaak (in fact you can find a picture of me and the late Bernard on their front page). My previous piano experience has included performance with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, and the Aurora Symphony Orchestra. I've also had experience singing with the Colorado All-State Choir, Palmer High School choirs under the incredible Bob Crowder, and probably most fun was the a cappella group Partial Credit. I also play a little guitar, but friends who know me best know that "Ironic" by Alanis Morissette is the only song I've ever really.. perfected.
